Online Therapy

Online therapy sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for sessions. The effectiveness of online therapy is comparable to in-person sessions, and many clients find it more convenient and comfortable.

Insurance Reimbursement

Some private health insurance policies may reimburse sessions, particularly if your plan includes cover for complimentary therapies. As a registered student member of the NCH, Maria can provide invoices and necessary documentation to support your claim. Clients are advised to check with their insurance provider to confirm coverage.

Limitations of Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process, and outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances. While many clients experience significant improvements, Maria does not guarantee specific results. Therapy is not a substitute for ongoing medical treatment, and clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers for medical concerns.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of therapy services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

THE MINDSENSE PRACTICE reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
